How do I open an account with GoDutch?
You can easily open an account through our website. During the registration process, we will ask you to provide some information and complete an identity verification, which usually takes just a few minutes. In some cases, we may require you to upload additional documents to finalize the registration.
On which platforms does GoDutch work?
All! GoDutch is a web app that works on all devices with a web browser, including iOS and Android phones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers. It’s easy, because no matter where or on what device you access the app, it always works the same way!
How can I deposit money into my account?
You can transfer money from another account via a bank transfer. Once you have received your IBAN, we support instant transfers and money transferred from another IBAN will appear in your account within a few seconds.
Where do I find my UBO declaration?
You need to upload your UBO declaration to finalize the onboarding. When you started your company, you have received your UBO declaration by mail. If you do not have access to your UBO overview anymore, the easiest is to fill out the UBO declaration form. You can download a digital form here and fill it out easily
Can I sign up as a consumer?
Currently, we accept a limited number of applications for private individuals as users. Please leave your email in this short form, and we will contact you as soon as this service becomes available.

What are the transaction limits for my account?
For SEPA transfers, there is no set limit; however, restrictions may sometimes be imposed to prevent fraud, malicious activities, or ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Each card has a limit of up to €10,000, with a total account limit of up to €50,000 for all cards combined. The cash withdrawal limit is up to €3,000 per card. You can manually adjust card limits for different team members as needed. If you find your limit too low, please contact our team for assistance.
Can I access my account from anywhere?
You can access your account from anywhere in the world on any device. For security purposes, you will always need your phone to perform biometric logins or to receive SMS verification codes for access.
How fast are the transactions processed?
We provide instant transfers, allowing IBAN to IBAN transactions to be completed in just a few seconds. For international payments, the process can vary due to multiple factors, typically ranging from a few seconds to up to five working days. For more detailed information, please contact our team.
Are there any fees associated with having an account?
Please visit our billing page for a detailed overview of all features and pricing. While there are fees associated with some account types, the benefits should outweigh the costs, and otherwise we have our free accounts. Please note that certain banking services are charged by our banking partner, and legally, we cannot intervene in these charges. Although it’s rare, there are instances where these costs could exceed the earnings, resulting in some fees. If you have any concerns or need help estimating your costs, please don’t hesitate to contact our team.

How does GoDutch ensure the security of my account and funds?
Your account is safeguarded by advanced security measures, including highly secure facial recognition technology. Continuous monitoring helps detect and prevent fraud or other malicious activities. Additionally, all funds are held by one of the safest banks in Europe and are insured up to €100,000 under the deposit guarantee scheme. Funds are securely held in segregated accounts by one of the safest banks in Europe. Additionally, the EU's Deposit Guarantee Schemes Directive (DGSD) applies to Swan's business accounts, protecting funds deposited in the account up to €100,000. We also uphold the highest standards of data encryption to safeguard your information from unauthorized access, continuously updating and improving these security measures.
How safe are card transactions?
Your physical card comes with a PIN code, and soon you'll have the option to choose your own PIN directly through the app. Additionally, every transaction is globally secured with Mastercard 3D Secure, providing enhanced protection for your card payments.
Is my money as safe as with other banks?
Certainly, funds are securely held in segregated accounts by one of the safest banks in Europe. Additionally, the EU's Deposit Guarantee Schemes Directive (DGSD) applies to Swan's business accounts, protecting funds deposited in the account up to €100,000.

Where do I see my benefits?
You can view your benefits within the app. Please log in and select "Benefits" from the menu to see an overview of our total generated income, your share of that income, the number of square meters you've helped regreen, and donations to selected charities.
How can I support?
GoDutch users are encouraged to support a number of charities such as KWF, Warchild, The Ocean Clean-up, and Land van Ons. When users receive their share of GoDutch’s earnings quarterly, they can choose to automatically donate their net income, after all expenses are deducted, to one or more initiatives. In the future, GoDutch plans to scale up the number of initiatives through its own foundation.
How does regreening work?
Regreening revitalizes dry, degraded lands through community-driven efforts, employing techniques like rainwater harvesting with bunds to replenish water tables and tree restoration methods such as Kisiki Hai and FMNR, which transform dead stumps and integrate trees into agricultural landscapes, enhancing soil fertility. Additionally, developing grass seed banks establishes pastures that prevent erosion and support wildlife. These combined methods benefit both the environment and local communities, stabilizing and enriching local ecosystems.
